Build Legally 🔒

A practical, plain-English checklist of the legal bases to cover when you launch a website or app — across the United States (including California), the EU/UK, cookies, and children. Use it as a starting map and a context file for your build.

⚠️ EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION ONLY — NOT LEGAL ADVICE. NeLocker and LMKdev are not your attorneys and accept no liability for how you use this material. Laws change and vary by jurisdiction. Consult a qualified attorney before relying on any of it.

📄 This is a checklist + copyable templates for building YOUR site or app — separate from NeLocker's own policies (those live on our legal pages). Customize every placeholder before you use anything here.
