Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and LMKdev("NeLocker," "we," "us"), governing your access to and use of nelocker.com and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

"LMKdev" is the trade name under which the Service operates. The full registered legal entity that provides the Service, and its registered address, are available on request — email hello@nelocker.com.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to make a support payment. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow them to use it. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

2. The Service

NeLocker is a curated library of AI prompts and educational guides, free for everyone — every prompt can be browsed, searched, and copied without payment. Optional support subscriptions ($5–$50/month) are voluntary contributions that keep the Service free and ad-free; they earn recognition (such as a brick on the Supporters Wall and supporter status) but do not unlock content — there is nothing to unlock. Guides and comparison content are provided for general information only.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your login secure and notify us at support@nelocker.com of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to the next renewal. 5. Acceptable Use

Your use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not resell, redistribute, or scrape the library, abuse the Service, or use it unlawfully.

6. User Content (community prompts, comments, wall messages)

Signed-in users may submit content — community prompts, comments, and Supporters-wall messages ("User Content"). You, not NeLocker, are the author and information content provider of your User Content. NeLocker is an interactive computer service that hosts User Content; community submissions are the speech of their authors and are distinct from our own curated library. You retain ownership of what you post and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and adapt it (e.g., formatting) on and in connection with the Service.

"Anonymous" posting is display-only. Choosing to post anonymously hides your name from other users; it does not make you anonymous to us. Every submission is tied to your account, and we retain standard records (account identity, timestamps, technical logs). We may disclose these where the law requires. You are fully responsible — and indemnify us under Section 11 — for everything you submit, anonymous-display or not.

You must only submit content you wrote or that is openly licensed; never leaked, confidential, infringing, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful material (see the Acceptable Use Policy). We may moderate, decline, remove, or minimize any User Content at our discretion and act promptly on reports — use the in-product report tools or the DMCA / Copyright Policy for takedowns.

7. Intellectual Property & Licensing

Library content is either original work owned by us, or sourced under open licenses (e.g., CC0, MIT) with attribution preserved where required. The NeLocker name, brand, and platform are our property. See our DMCA / Copyright Policy to report infringement.

8. AI Outputs — No Warranty

Prompts are tools. We do not control or guarantee the outputs any third-party AI model produces from them, and we are not responsible for those outputs. AI models can be inaccurate, biased, or produce unexpected results. Use professional judgment, and never rely on AI outputs for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions. You assume all risk for how you use any prompt or any AI output. Nothing on the Service is professional advice of any kind, and no reliance on it creates any duty or liability on our part. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of prompts and outputs complies with the law, third-party rights, and the terms of whichever AI provider you use.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NELOCKER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NeLocker harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination & Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. We terminate the accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with the DMCA. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless applicable consumer law in your country requires otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, notified to you.
