Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 14, 2026
WeKnowTech, an LMK product ("NeLocker") wants everyone to be able to use NeLocker. We are committed to making our website and services accessible and to continually improving the experience for all users.
1. Our target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of abilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive needs.
2. What we do
We work toward semantic markup, sufficient color contrast, keyboard navigability, descriptive links and labels, responsive layouts that work on phones and assistive technologies, and content written in plain language. We also honor the reduced-motion setting for users who prefer fewer animations.
3. Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix. As we add features we test and refine them, and some areas may not yet fully meet our target. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we improve.
4. Third-party content
Some experiences rely on third-party services (for example sign-in, payments, or embedded media). We choose partners that take accessibility seriously, but we do not control their interfaces.
5. Tell us about a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on NeLocker, please let us know — we will do our best to fix it and to provide the information you need in an alternative way. Email hello@nelocker.comwith the page, the problem, and the assistive technology you use (if any).
