Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
NeLocker is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. Your paid access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing billing@nelocker.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period, and you keep access until the period ends.
Refunds
Because NeLocker provides immediate digital access, monthly payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun. That said, we want you to be happy — if something went wrong (e.g., you were charged in error or couldn't access what you paid for), contact billing@nelocker.com within 14 days and we will review your request in good faith.
Consumers in the EU / UK
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By subscribing and accessing the library immediately, you acknowledge that performance begins right away and that your right of withdrawal may end once access is provided, to the extent permitted by law. Where the law grants you a non-waivable refund right, we honor it.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a card chargeback — we can usually resolve billing issues faster directly.
