- [ ] Price is set and you can say it out loud without flinching
- [ ] Someone can actually pay you (link/register/till — tested with a real transaction)

## The words
- [ ] One sentence that explains it to a stranger
- [ ] Your page/flyer/menu answers: what is it, who's it for, how much, how do I get it
- [ ] Contact info works (email/phone answered by a real person: you)

## The legal minimum
- [ ] Any licenses/permits your type of business needs
- [ ] Basic terms/refund policy written down (even simple is fine)
- [ ] If you collect emails: permission asked, unsubscribe possible

## The first customers
- [ ] Your list of first 10 people to personally tell (see the Lean Plan template)
- [ ] The exact message you'll send each of them — written and ready
- [ ] A way to collect feedback from week one (even just "text me what you think")

## Day one
- [ ] Announce in ONE channel you chose (don't scatter)
- [ ] Watch what actually happens; write it down
- [ ] Celebrate — you shipped. Most people never do. 🎉
